Hi! I'm Monica
I was born and raised in a small village in cottage country Ontario, but after traveling to British Columbia I knew I had to live close to mountains. I moved to Vancouver with my partner in 2021 and absolutely loved the combination of the city lifestyle and accessible mountain and ocean culture.
Living in Vancouver left me craving more of the small town life I was raised in - but with mountains and lakes! I took a camping trip across British Columbia in 2024 with a goal to find a place that felt like home. I absolutely fell in love with the Kootenays and decided to make it home in 2025. I now live in Invermere with my partner and our husky, Thora.
I work in healthcare and believe strongly that nature is medicine - so I try and get regular doses! Taking photos of the beauty I see helps me stay grateful daily even when times get tough. I enjoy creative projects and hope that you will enjoy the products that gave me such much joy creating!
